How it works
- Record the exit and its last working day (see Exits and letters).
- The settlement collects the final month's pay, leave encashment, gratuity where eligible, any held salary, and recoveries such as unearned leave credited up front.
- Pay it through an off-cycle F&F run, which goes through the same approval as any run.
Gratuity rounding, eligibility and wage components are payroll settings; check them with your CA.
