Bank files
On an approved or paid run, Download bank file, choose the debit account and the format (HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis, Kotak or generic). People who cannot be paid are listed with the reason. Validate the layout with your bank before the first upload — banks customise templates per company.

Statutory registers and the compliance calendar list PF, ESI, TDS and state due dates with reminders 7 days and 1 day before. Mark each done with a reference and proof.
