Open Assignment rules

Assignment rules

  • Rules run in order and the first match wins: by product, lead type, source, state, city, pincode prefix or tags.
  • Assign round-robin, to whoever has the fewest open leads, or to a fixed person; a team can be the pool.
  • People on approved leave, outside working hours or without access are skipped — Test a lead shows who would get it and why others were skipped.
  • A no-touch SLA re-assigns leads nobody acted on.

Teams and visibility

Sales teams have managers and members. Each role sees its own records, its team's, or all. Managers see their team's pipeline and forecast and can re-assign within it.

Sequences

A sequence is a series of emails and tasks with delays, business days and a send window. It stops when the person replies, a meeting is logged or the lead's stage changes, and respects unsubscribes. A daily send cap per rep (50 by default) delays steps rather than dropping them. Reps can connect their Gmail or Outlook mailbox to send as themselves and sync replies.

The Sales dashboard covers pipeline, won/lost, funnel, leaderboard, forecast against targets and source ROI.
