Building a quote

Create it from a deal, or new. Add lines from the catalogue — HSN/SAC, unit, GST rate and price fill in, using the customer's price list if they have one.
Tax is split automatically: CGST + SGST within your state, IGST across states, SEZ or export.
A discount above a catalogue item's maximum discount is refused unless your role allows it.

Send by email mails the PDF and a link from your company's sender; Copy link shares the link without emailing.
Views are tracked on the timeline.
The customer accepts by typing their name and a code emailed to them (or by name only, if billing settings say so), or declines with a note.
Links expire 90 days after the latest send; an expired quote cannot be accepted.
