Pipeline
Each job has a board of stages. Drag a candidate to move them (with a reason where asked), or act on many at once. Tags, ratings, notes with @mentions and stage emails live on the card. A status link lets the candidate follow their application without logging in.
Resumes
Parse resume reads PDF and Word files and suggests name, contact details, skills, experience and education with a confidence for each. Tick the fields to keep and correct them before applying. Scanned PDFs are not read — type those in. Possible duplicates are flagged, and you can merge them.
Interviews
- Scheduling shows the panel's busy times (from leave and other interviews) and suggests free slots.
- Attach an interview kit — questions and competencies — so each interviewer's scorecard rates the same things.
- Invites go out as calendar (ICS) invitations with reminders; mark no-shows, cancel or reschedule.
