Group policies

Create group policies for locations, departments or employment types that need different rules. A new group copies the company policy for anything you leave untouched. The Who's in it tab lists the people each policy applies to.

Changing a policy safely

Every change asks Applies from. Days before that date keep the old rules; days from that date to today are recalculated (unless locked by payroll). A future date recalculates nothing now.

Leave the date as today for an ordinary change. Pick a past date only when you mean to correct days already worked.
