Calculation
- Overtime counts after a set number of minutes (or after the shift's full day), rounded down to the minutes you choose, up to an optional daily cap.
- A quarterly cap defaults to 50 hours (the Factories Act limit).
- Pay uses a multiplier, 2× by default.
Approval
Turn on requires approval and a pending overtime request is raised automatically for each closed day with overtime. Staff can also claim it themselves. The approver can approve (editing the minutes), reject, or convert to comp-off as a half or full day.
Payroll reads only approved minutes, within the quarterly cap.
