Courses, certificates and skills

HR builds courses from documents, links (including videos) and text, with an optional quiz, pass mark and maximum attempts. Assign them by department with due dates and reminders. Passing issues a PDF certificate with a verification code anyone can check on the public verify page.

Add certifications, workshops and courses done elsewhere under My external training. HR verifies them, and you are reminded 60, 30 and 7 days before a certificate expires.

Rate yourself against the skill library (1 Beginner to 5 Expert); your manager adds their rating and targets. Managers see Team skills; HR sees the skill matrix with gaps and coverage.
