Help on every screen
Press ? or the question-mark button in the top bar. A panel opens with the articles for the screen you are on, a search box, and a button to contact ECN support.
Notifications and what's new
The bell shows approvals, replies and reminders addressed to you. The sparkle icon shows ECN People release notes — what changed in each update.
Language and theme
Open your account menu (your name, top right) to switch between light, dark and system theme, and between English and Hindi. Hindi help articles are coming soon; the product itself is translated.
