Two ways in
The console is the web app at your company's ECN People address. HR, managers and admins run the company from it; every employee can also use it for their own attendance, leave, payslips and requests.
The mobile app (Android and iPhone) is for the everyday things: checking in with a selfie, applying for leave, approving requests and reading notifications. It is covered in the Mobile app articles.
